Delivery & Returns


Every item is made-to-order by Ensoi London once fully paid for by the customer. Please allow 4-5 weeks for the making and delivery of your item once purchased. This can differ depending on order demand and which country you are ordering to.



Ensoi London ships worldwide. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, as well as tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. Ensoi London is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent. These are out of our control.


International Shipping

International packages may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by customers themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.


Standard Shipping Estimates

UK – 1-3 days once posted.
Europe – 5-10 days once posted.
Rest of the world – 7-14 days once posted.

So please take your time, mull it over, plan your outfits and make it an investment.

We do accept alterations and exchanges of sizes at an additional cost if the fit is not as desired. Please let us know within 5 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you. Exchanges must be posted back with a tracked service. Return postage, as well as postage back to the customer will need to be paid for by the customer.
